What You'll Do:
- Fabricate high-quality metal components for our aviation and safety products.
- Utilize your expertise in metal fabrication and welding.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Operate a variety of metalworking machinery.
- Contribute to the development of new products and prototypes.
- Potentially train and mentor less experienced fabricators as our team expands.

What We'll Need:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in metal fabrication. Recent graduates from accredited welding tech schools are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a thriving company.
- Strong professional references are essential.
- A "can-do" attitude, whether in getting the job done or learning something new.
- Enjoys the challenges involved in wearing multiple hats in this position.
- Machining experience is preferred but not required.
- Tig welding experience is a plus, but not required.

What We Offer:
- Competitive pay ranging from $26 to $34 per hour, based on experience and skills.
- Sign-On Bonus Payout - The $2,000 sign-on bonus will be paid out in two installments: $1,000 after 30 days of continuous employment and the remaining $1,000 after 90 days of continuous employment.
