Description   Our hitch mount windsock works great for showing wind direction and speed at the job site. It extends for use at the remote location and retracts while you are in transit to the next location. To retract, just push the fiberglass windsock pole into the steel tube housing and the detente locks the pole into the down position. To extend just pull the fiberglass windsock pole up to the upper detente position and it is secured and ready for use. The windsock is calibrated to fully extend at 12 MPH. It comes complete with: 8" X 36" windsock yellow windsock extendable fiberglass pole 3/4" diameter shank for the ball hitch hole a bushing to adapt it to a 1" ball hitch hole.
